Megatack manufactures and supplies premium leather products primarily for B2B, bulk, and export purposes. Our Return & Refund Policy is as follows:

1. Returns Eligibility

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

• Manufacturing defects
  
  
• Transit damage
  
  
• Wrong product delivered
  
  

The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with proper photographic proof.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Custom-made products
  
  
• Bulk export orders
  
  
• Used or damaged products (after delivery)
  
  
• Items without original packaging
  
  

3. Refunds

• Once the returned product is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed.
  
  
• Refunds are issued only through the original payment method.
  
  
• Processing time: 7–10 working days
  
  

4. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to:

• Approval after inspection
  
  
• Stock condition
  
  

5. Shipping Responsibility

• Return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer unless the return is due to our error.

6. Order Cancellation
